THE STORY

Angela is a London based film and television actor and voice over artist who also works in Australia and Europe. A familiar face on Australia's Seven Network (QLD) for the 2009 season of "Queensland's Best Living", Angela has also appeared in award winning feature films and short films screened at the Dubai International Film Festival, Queens International Film Festival, Budapest Film Festival, East End Film Festival, and in cinemas throughout the UK and Europe. OCT: Busy in the theatre this month, Angela is performing the lead role in Back Room at the Hen & Chicken Theatre (with Theatre 76), alongside Claire-Maria Fox, and directed by Hamza Mohsin, a gritty dramatic piece written by Dean Stalham. 

AUG: Angela works on an extraordinary short film in a Georgian estate in Nottinghamshire. 

JULY: The Heinz commercial continues to air around the EU and UK. 

Angela is back in the studios to do a number of British and Aussie voice overs with her clients.

MAR: Angela returns to work with Untamed Artist again on another short film project. 

JAN: There's nothing like a week away in Wales to play a damsel in distress in a Viking film. Angela joins dir. Marc Price on the set of Viking Siege, starring Rosie Hoult and some other wonderful folk.

 

2015: Angela hits LA with Richard Glover to attend the Emmy's HBO gala, and is also invited into the studio with the Actors Anonymous team to do a podcast. Out soon!

Short Film Fear is selected to screen in the Best of Latest London at Portobello Film Festival

JULY: Angela jets off overseas to shoot another international commercial that will air later this year. 

JUNE: On set with the lovely folk from MyWorkSearch on a presenting job.

MAR: Angela joins Stormcat Films as the lead in a new sci-fi film with director Jane Foster, the BAFTA nominated Tony Noble (MOON) on production design, the accomplished Robert Shacklady (BEACH, WILD SALOME, ENTRAPMENT) as DOP and the amazing costume designer Emily-Rose Yiaxis (THE DARK KNIGHT, SKYFALL). 

FEB: Extinction, the monster movie, hit Leicester Square this month for a red carpet affair.

Stock Films brings Angela back on set as one of the main supporting roles in their latest short, Roundabout.

JAN: Pea Green Coat's latest music video that Angela starred in alongside Simeon Willis for On Tour Films, and director Simon Harris, is out on YouTube and skyrocketing with over 18,000 hits (here).

2014

OCT: Angela voices a charity job for Cityzens Giving with Mancester City. And it's a rap on set for Love Online.

SEPT: The Heinz commercial, with Outsider TV's directors Dom&Nic is now available to watch.

AUG: As part of the Camden Fringe Festival, Angela plays Sarah in the quirky play 'The Actor's Nightmare' at the Phoenix Artist Club.

JULY: Amidst the beautiful summer backdrop of London, Angela prepares for another commercial with the amazing team from Outsider TV. Enrique Rovira's Morning Coffee, of which she was a co-lead, has been accepted into the Fer Film International Festival.

JUN: Coffee and Cake screens at the Crouch End Film Festival 2014.  And Angela is on set with the team from Space City to film a commercial, to air in June. 

MAY: Angela films with Richard Glover (The Casual Vacancy, Into The Woods) for Coffee and Cake, also starring Clare Grogan (Gregory's Girl), Peter Bradshaw (Guardian Film Critic) and Mari Wilson. This production is made with The Untamed Artist's director LaToyah Gill, and Snoch Productions in conjunction with Crouch End Film Festival

MAR: Filming commences on The Woman Who Came to Dinner. And Moviehole write about it. 

Angela co-hosts the World Acting Summit with Steve Trister bringing in experts from around the globe, for two weeks.

FEB: Bigballs Films work with Angela and a team on an anonymous project for a well known writer for a YouTube launch.

JAN: Sony music band Amber Run bring Angela on for their latest song. 

 

2013

NOV: Enrique Rovira hires Angela as the lead in his latest short film Morning Coffee

Angela films with the Chief Productions team on the latest The Chvrches video. 

SEPT: Time to take on the role of Louisa in Matthew Simmond's latest short film Barry, with Filthy Lucre Productions.

AUG: Angela teams up with with Stylin Productions and We Are Magnify. Angela is interviewed by the ActorBase (press page).

JULY: Angela joins the incredible cast of Art Ache to film a role in the delightful romantic comedy. Angela is also delighted to announce she has signed with Conway van Gelder Grant.

JUN: Angela joins OMG Media to shoot a very fun job. 

Angela speaks at Euroscript in April, sharing her insights with a panel on attending the Cannes Film Festival. 

Speaking at Marymount Careers Conference, Angela talks to the students about the job of being a professional actor.

FEB: Angela becomes the voice for the latest Singapore Airlines commercial. You can hear her here. Angela films a lead role with the Stock Films team, called A Marble Finish.

 

2012

DEC: Angela plays lead in a film Fear with Kula Works. This gritty and thrilling short is being produced with Kula Works.

OCT: Angela is working with a talented crew for That's English, being shot for TV in Spain. She is also busy back in the studios doing more voiceover work. 

JULY: Joining the Juice Learning team, Angela filmed a piece for the council. The Pharmacist has been selected for the East End Festival 2012 ​and will be screened this month, in competition for Best Film. 

JUNE:  This month Angela is at BAFTA performing a Rainmaker (by Tony Dennis) for Fresh Voices with director Jo Johnson. The wonderful Bonnie Greer speaks about the show in a story in The Independent that can be seen here. â€‹

Sparfax hires Angela Peters' to film in the British Airways Flying With Confidence inflight video. 

Angela is back on set with the wonderful director Tito Sacchi in his latest short film 'Tyres R Us', and performs on a radio play The Waiting Room written by Jody Medland

APRIL: Angela films a commercial for UltraSun to air on UK television. Angela joins RSA Films for music video starring Vinyl Black Stilettos.

Angela films a role in the feature For Love, with director Paul Windmill. 

 

2011

DEC: Angela is back on set for another feature film Sparks and Embers, starring Kris Marshall (Love Actually) and Annelise Hesme.

SEPT: 'Tangled Up in Blue' makes it's release to Blu Ray. 

Angela films with co-star David Anderson and director Adam Spinks. A Different Life is due to be released in late 2011. Tito Sacchi, director of 'From the Cellar' which featured Angela has his latest short BLINK in the Virgin Media short film competition.

MAY: Filming commences for visitmystreet. Angela becomes the new face for the site. Angela is featured in Indie Movies Online. See the Press page for details.

APR: Filming completes for the latest short with director Adam Spinks with a script that received a 3rd place award at BFI.

2010
DEC: The Beyond Media team commence production with Angela for their website.

OCT: 'Tangled Up In Blue' wins Best Film in RUTGER HAUER'S I'VE SEEN FILMS FESTIVAL 2010.  It has a cinema release at the Shortwave Cinema, London.

SEPT: Angela plays the fiancee in 'From the Cellar' which has is officially selected for the Top 12.
'From the Cellar' hits the big screen at 214 cinemas around the UK.

JULY:  'From the Cellar' moves into the first cut of the Virgin Media Shorts. Also, Angela is off to LA.

MAY: Angela returns from the Cannes Film Festival and is straight back into filming and theatre. She performs in a rehearsed reading of 'Partners' at Soho Theatre, written by the talented Albert Njindou.

'Tangled Up in Blue' celebrates great success at the Golf Film Festival coming 2nd in the official competition.

MARCH: Angela is delighted to announce she has joined Associated International Management (A.I.M.) Agency in London.

 

2009

DEC: Queensland's Best Living, airing weekly on Channel 7, draws to a close for the season and Angela returns to London to prepare for upcoming films.

OCT: Angela is on set filming for Channel 7's 'Queensland's Best Living, which airs weekly on one of Australia's top TV stations, Channel 7.

SEPT: Angela participates in Brisbane's Short and Sweet Festival at the Powerhouse.

JULY: Angela films 'Thirty Second Love' with talented director Desi Achilleos and a brilliant cast, being made in conjunction with QPIX.
